    Mission Emphasis: East Asia
"Mission Emphasis: East Asia" from Missions 2019.
Our speaker and his family are going with the IMB (International Mission Board) to serve among the people of East Asia. They are going to a “closed country,” one in which there is no freedom of religion, no missionaries are permitted, and it is illegal to share one’s faith. They will be sharing the good news of Jesus through creative means and discipling new Jesus-followers as they are able. They will be in language training for the first 2 years on the field, and only then move to their “target city,” in which they will serve long term.
