Our Emotional Well-being Comes from a Relationship With God

by Scott Stephens

Scott Stephens is the counseling pastor at Pendleton Street Baptist Church’s West End Counseling Center, a board member of Redeemer Biblical Counseling Training Institute, and a PhD student in the Biblical Counseling Program at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. To find out more about our counseling center (WECC), please call the church at 864-232-7312 or see our webpage.

Work is progressing nicely at our new building site. Raby Construction has removed asphalt and concrete sidewalk and the grading is complete. Teams are preparing to pour the slab for our new church building.

In the existing building, Johnson Electric worked on installing the rough-in for exterior lighting and AFD Construction began insulating and hanging drywall.

Continue to pray for favor with the City of Greenville, and with our neighbors, for God’s provision, and for the builders, architects, and engineers.

Be part of our Homebound Ministry

We regularly send people to visit and bring our homebound members church literature, special treats, and sometimes a little help around their homes. Want to help out? Call the church office at 864-232-7312 for more information. It’s a great experience for all!
