Connect to Grow

Christian Life Academy
The key to spiritual growth that we see from both the model and the instruction of the New Testament is connecting with other believers in small groups to study God’s Word and apply it to our lives. The relationships that are built in small groups are resources that God gives us for encouragement, understanding, and walking in step with the Holy Spirit on a daily basis. On Sundays at 9:00 a.m., we encourage you to connect with one of our Christian Life Academy Classes to strengthen your walk with God and to be an encouragement to others. Home Groups
God loves people. He established the church so that people can experience transformation. He has decided, for His own good reasons, that people are best transformed through authentic relationships. In authentic relationships we discover who we really are and how much transformation we still require. Our Home Groups were developed as a structure to encourage all of us to develop those authentic, encouraging relationships. Click for more information on when and where!

Children’s
Ministries
Children are so important here at PSBC! Our curriculum is The Gospel Project for Kids: a Bible study resource that shows how Christ fits into the entire gospel story, pre-creation to eternity. We have classes for our children every Sunday at 9:00 a.m., including our babies and toddlers. Our “GPS” (Gospel Project for Students) children’s program meets on Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m. during the school year. And every year, we host an exciting Vacation Bible School program for our whole neighborhood! Click the links for more information.

Membership
Matters
The purpose of our Membership Matters class is to help you become better acquainted with Pendleton Street Baptist Church. Whether you are a guest seeking a church home, or you have been attending for a long time, this class is designed to help you discern if God is leading you to join PSBC. We will look at how God has worked in PSBC through the years and examine the Scriptures  to understand what it means to be a member of a church. For information on our next class, click here!

West End
Counseling Center
Our biblical “West End Counseling Center” is an important part of the discipleship ministry of Pendleton Street Baptist Church. Paul, in Colossians 3:16a says, “Let the Word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom…” We offer scriptural counseling, free to those willing to listen and learn, from one of our biblically trained counselors, confidentially and free of charge.
